Default SOS font mount cooler worth it?

Seems like it would block air to the engine rad? I am more concerned about the engine temp then air temp on intake if it makes little difference.

its worth it. if you have an aftermarket radiator and a cooling plate, engine temps wont be an issue at all.

do-it

The heat exchanger core uses a radiused tube design. It produces little pressure drop. This was measured in development and did not show a measurable affect the cooling of the engine.

Water to Air only loss ~.1-.2 psi and thats from the aftercooler not the heat exchanger

Full blown radiator is less than 200$ and would work perfect.

There are quite a few people on here using the one from siliconeintakes.com. This is their massive 26"x7"x3.5" water to air radiator . I am in no way saying anything bad about SOS. They have amazing quality products and I've got some on my car. This is just an alternative at a much lower price. There is a guy here in SA that is using the siliconeintakes one and has had no issues.
