Some advice
I have a 2002 Red S2000 , it had 71k and I absolutely baby it . I am thinking about doing a turbo kit. I don't want to run a large amount of psi. It is not my DD but I only want to run 5-8 psi (10 max). Money isn't a concern. I want a solid setup that will last a long time .
So I'm asking what kit should I look for ?
Will the car safely run 5-8psi for a long time (70k miles at least) then I would rebuild engine .

In answer to your original question, assuming your car is mechanically sound currently, you can safely run 5-8psi (or more, but you mentioned 5-8, specifically) for a long time on the stock engine.

Yes my car is running great , everything is working and all is well. I want to run a low amount of psi to make sure it runs awhile. I'm not looking to hit the track but just to drive it on the weekend to the pavilions car show or just to take a cruise. I barely put miles on it right now and that wouldn't change . It's my baby lol
