everyone keeps saying more heatsheild. yes it could have used more. but for MY needs the car was fine. I drove it numerous times always checking things and the fuse box was never at the point of melting.
on a side note, insurance check came friday so buyer will be getting a full refund. if its his fault, the manifolds fault or my fault everyone is safe and at the end of the day I got what I wanted for the car and buyer got his money back. the couple may actually come down for a visit again and stay with me and my wife.

Looks like a GT1 kit... I had everything wrapped/shielded on mine after I saw that I almost melted my buddyclub battery. After that I drove it for 13 hours from NY to NC without any problems. I also had a fire extinguisher in the trunk just in case.

ohhh man thatS so sad, such a nice car, this is why i think the best mod ever for s2k turbo setup, is the battery, EPS, fusebox relocation. I drove my car 7 hours, pushing the car hard all the time, without any problem ( lovefab mine-me )

Honestly it doesn't look that bad. I doubt The frame metal is melted..it's steel. So someone who grabs a new harness and interior should make out on the deal. plus all the plastic stuff that melted lol
but it would be great for a track car!
btw is the front passenger wheel broken?

haha i think i would crap my pants if i went to the auction and there just happened to be a turbo s2k.....well, sort of a turbo s2k.
every time i have been to an auction, it just flat out sucks. i went to 2 of them and then gave up.
lol if somebody bought it and fixed it, i think keeping the paint the way it is on the fender is mandatory. i'd even clear over top of it hahah
