Wow! All that done and still a fire. Im guessing there was some sort of oil leak. I have all wiring in stock location with dei heat wrap, the stock battery in stock location, ac lines still there and stock and barely bent out of the way a bit you cant even tell it was ever messed with, fuse box still in stock position and location, just barely pushed further towards the fender, and a small aluminum heatshield that is about 10 inches wide in the stock heatshield location but just cover in front of the fuse box and just up as high as the ac lines and i have never had one problem. My manifold and turbine housing is the only thing i have jet hot coated also. This is very strange as he had taken a lot of precautons. Something had to of come loose and sprayed oil or something i would think.

Your tuner can setup when the A/C compressor turns on and off. I'm sure he didn't have it set to stay on under 100% throttle. So I don't see why having the A/C on would cause any issues.
Even if the fusebox started to melt, I doubt it would cause a fire of that scale. There's only plastic in that area, it wouldn't burn that fast without some sort of fuel, like oil, gas etc.
