So I was about to go to get oil for the change
Ok I was about to head off to the local parts store and went to start my car today.... Wasn't firing. It would sound like it wanted to start, but couldn't. I was in a hurry so I went there with the Taurus. I came back tonight to try it again but to no avail it is stubborn as ever. I figured it might be a fuel issue, as I have been having hesitation/ lean afr on initial acceleration. When I turn the key to II I can hear the fuel pump. When I went to check the injector duty cycle it hardly moves at all when attempting to start it. And the afr is at 18-19 during and after trying to start the car. Is this normal or is there a fuel delivery issue that is causing me problems (filter, relays, or the pump itself)? I do not have a fuel pressure gauge to test on the fuel rail. Any ideas/suggestions? I guess that I could prime the pump, shut the car off, and loosen the regulator to see if there is fuel pressure. Even with towels/rags it could still be a mess.

Hey the car started today. I cycled to II a few times and primed the pump. started right up. Any recommendation on a new pump? No not a penis pump... Only at 7 psi but I want to eventually go to 14.
