will adding a comptech s/c and a j's racing header not let the S pass smog or will it still be able to pass smog.

I live in CA, which has the strictist emmisions rules around so I want to make sure it would pass before I go that route.

Thanks

The Comptech SC has a CARB EO#, so it's legal. The J's header doesn't, so it's not. The Comptech header is legal.

You have to have EO#'s and the paperwork when the car is inspected.

Also remember that even though it may pass the sniffer.....it will fail the visual inspection. Each aftermarket component needs to have it's own CARB EO and the Header will not pass.

Solution is to get the Comptech S/C and the Comptech Header.

what if you upgrades to a smaller pulley, and using aem ems, and rc injectors, can you still passed smog? or do you have to plug the stock ecu back? what about the injector?

Yup, you put both the OEM ECU and injectors back to pass smog.

Just don't run the car in boost with the OEM injectors, and no FMU/ESM
