Should i go turbo on a brand new engine?

Because there will be no restrictions on the turbine causing it to spin faster. Not to mention the wastegate will not see any boost and will not open so the thing can spool basically until it destroys itself. Its basically like when you hear about people destroying turbos from running to much boost its like the same thing except alot quicker.
