Is there a certain mileage an S should have before putting on a SC? (I'm going to do the Comptech if that matters).

I've read round-about comments from people about wanting to have some miles on the car before putting on the SC, but never heard anything specific.

The boost would probably help seat the rings better. That said, the blower manufacturers suggest synthetic oil and the S does better holding off for 10,000 miles or more on synthetics due to ring seating. If you are confused, so am I.

There are several examples of owners receiving their brand new S2000s with the supercharger installed prior to delivery. You should post up a new thread asking these people to respond to tell you how things are going.
