Sorry to butt in but would this have a positive effect on a N/A engin as well?

BTW what proflow does is that i send them my own TB+$155 and they send me the new one right??
If you send them yours they will bore it out and send it back to you. This is what I did. If you want to get wild pick up one of those monstrous BDL Industries TB. You'll definitely have to port match that.

Either way a larger TB will help out. On NA gains are minimal unless you have extensive headwork to benefit from increased flow.

These guys were great to work with, I would order a new TB gasket from Honda and I matched my intake Manifold myself with a "Honing" tool I bought at Discount auto parts - It is a drill operated tool that is spring loaded with honing stones and I marked and matched the throttle body opening and polished it. Worked like a charm
Did you do this with the manifold on the car??

If not, I heard its a b*itch to take the manifold off of the car, is this true?

As opposed to saying things like -
"its not really that bad" or
"its lengthy process, but gives you good knowledge" or
"its a good feeling to rip your car apart"

I will just say yes.. it is a pain in the ass. My friend & I yanked mine off 2 weeks ago. There were many other things I'd rather had been doing.

I see, taking the manifold off to port it makes the most sense to me, but if its gonna be a PITA I wonder if you can leave it on the car and use a port bit with a vaccum so none of the metal shards gets into the cylinders

Personally I wouldn't test it. But then again, yanking of that intake manifold was a pain in the butt
