Dude take your car setting the car up, protecting the necessary components from heat, using nordlocks for bolts you dont want to wiggle loose and your car will run and last for a long time. You cannot rush perfection bro

I already have plans for heat management such as vented hood, turbo blanket, DEI heat wrap on the manifold and downpipe, DEI for any wiring near the hot parts, and if need be upgraded fans and radiator. I have read that the stock fans and radiator are quite good. I am in NorCal so the weather does get hot but not too hot for too long.

Well I ran into an issue I was not expecting. My A/C lines are in the way. I tried mocking the manifold and turbo up, but the A/C lines were not having it. So my question just how simple is it to relocate the lines? I am leaning towards getting the Ballade Sports kit.

Its not super hard to relocate the lines. I run the ballade kit on my car, pretty straight forward install, just a little hard to maneuver the stiff a/c hoses the way you want.

If i could do my build again i wouldnt go with header wrap. It sucks. Even the dei titanium black which is the best you can get, flakes off fine particles making you itchy everytime you work on the car. It sucks. If you can i def reccomend some ceramic coating instead but to each his own.

The ac line relocate kit is very easy to install however you have the added expense of having to refill your ac refrigerant. If you plan to get an ac line relocation might aswell try bending the oem hardlines(if they end up breaking then just buy the relocation kit) the oem lines do have some give but not much.

Wraps have always sucked. Inconel is the way to go.
