why? a 2.5/63mm would be just fine
A guy just posted up his new dyno going from 70mm to a 3"(with test pipe) and gained 20whp
He was at 370 to 390

were the dynos back to back/ same dyno? and did he also have the testpipe for the 2.5in? taking out the cat for more flow and less restriction probably helped with gains.. id like to see a 60mm/70mm on the same s/c car back to back

you will have to pay extra for kpro and extra for a tune if you go kpro. the tune provided by hondata is very good and is only possible with 06-08 models since previous model years cannot be reflashed.
the reflash that comes with the kpro (dual ecu)is not the same reflash that comes with the 06-08 kit. The flash that comes with the kpro controls AC/VSA/CC (stock ecu) while the kpro (hondata ecu)controls timing, boost and nitrous. IMO I wouldnt spend $1500+ on kpro if I didn't have to...06-08 owners don't have to.

oh ok....i guess im not going to the stage 2 then but on the stage 1 does it come with a box so you can send the ecu to hondata? is the shipping next day? ok last question...as far as the install how hard is it on a scale to 1-10 (1easy-10hard)and how long is the install time?

the reason im asking is cause i am going for a 3-day contract for lift and tools ($30-$40). it would suck if my contract ran out and my ecu wasnt still here and they will prolly start charging me by the hour just to have it there. which is like $7 per hr....

This subject is as old as the hills on grannies chest. Do some research on the subject and you will find that a free flowing exhaust will increase power. I know it is hard to see gains on this car but it does happen. 70mm probably best for NA and that or higher for FI cars is best.

Here are a few examples to read since you wanted dyno proof:

I just got tuned. My numbers are 370/232 at 10psi (stage2 kit w/AEM) on a conservative tune. For me it's a gain of 161/86 I'll post more details later.
