ur decided between a ip turbo or SOS SC? first they are two very very different beasts. depending on how you want your power delivery you should pick. and for dynos just look up comptech and vortech dynos. this kit is going to be very similiar but with a higher effieciency so you'll be able to boost slightly more.

remember if you go with a turbo kit you will also have to get a standalone ECU +$1300 - $2500 extra. The SOS kit with a simple ECU reflash MY06-08 would be the easiest route if you want plug and play. It really all depends on your power goals. if 350whp - 400+ whp is not enough for you then you probably want to look at a turbo but don't forget that the DBW (06-08) fuel system is limited when compared to previous model years....you might not be able to realize the full potential of a turbo kit unless you change out the returnless fuel system.

Well I'm plannign on doing the dual ecu kpro regardless, I dont know I'm just weighing my options... But the plug and play aspects are nice... Thats why I want to see real world results before I go and buy the IP kit.

real quick Q... with the my06+ kit what is the boost set at? Is it 9.5 or less than that? There website says the relash supports 9.5 psi, is that what the sos kit comes with for the my06+?

This looks like the kit I'm going to go with, just want to hear some personal experiences from everyone.

I'll be curious what the high boost guys think. I'll send some updates once I get mine in.

the 06-08 run 8.5 psi but I have seen as much as 9.5 - 9.9 psi in cold weather 600ft above sea level...My 2008 CR has a T1R 70MM dual + TP and I hit 345whp on a dynojet and 360whp on a dynapack. Soon I will upgrade the heat exchanger for a few extra ponies and down the road add K-pro and a smaller pulley
