S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

For SC 400-450 whp S is it best to rebuild engine or buy used F22?

Oh nice. Didn't know that was included.

I would still think the oem engine would last longer than any built engine for a 450whp sc setup in this car. Hell I'm almost at 170k miles on my stock f20 now. I added boost at around 120k miles. Currently at 406whp so these oem engines are definitely made to last!
I average over 20k miles a year on my S2000 so far.
so you drive a boost setup 20k miles yearly.
Yup. Been extremely reliable as well. Only issue I have had was 2 blown coil packs and that's it in over 2 years of boost and driving it all year round. I drive 450-500 miles round trip every week pretty much. I also go into boost whenever I get a chance.

That's weird. I did 2004 model and it was 2930 or something like that. Maybe the drive by wire model is cheaper?

Does anyone know if the only difference in the 2006+ blocks is the crank position sensor? I thought it was something like that that was the only difference. If so I would definitely get the 06+ block and save the few hundred bucks.

Has anyone here done a cylinder head rebuild with just oem parts? Thinking of just rebuilding my cylinder head and then buying the brand new short block. Would be fairly inexpensive and give me practically a complete new engine.
