You can install a SC in your garage and drive out.
With a turbo you must either have a competent tuner and or a proper dyno nearby, or have it flat bedded to one.
For some, emission compliant is also a major factor when owning a powerful S.

That really is the point. The Comptech kit comes in one box with everything. Nothing to measure, cut, try again.
We're getting closer and closer to a complete turbo kit but even the LoveFab kit stops at a 3" downpipe and doesn't include the intake pipe and filter.
