My whole point is, Joey has a problem and it's symptom is a blown head gasket. Copper spray might be the ants pant but if he doesn't cure his problem he will just blow another head gasket (as did I, with the miracle copper spray and all).

The problem is head gaskets blowing. I had a similar problem and a bunch of so called experts with nothing invested in it offered solutions. It's the thermostat, it's the radiator, it's the Inline 3mm head gasket, you need copper spray etc. All bullshit. Mine was a tuning issue and once fixed, no more problems. I'vebeen saying this since day one of the first thread where Joey posted about his overheating and if it wasn't for all this noise about copper sprayetc he might have listened and would be fixed by now.

The solution is not copper spray. The solution is finding and fixing the problem.

Agree with you %100.
I, as well as others stated to troubleshoot it by running a leakdown test. You can't fix it without knowing what to fix.

But I think some people misunderstood my post my skimming over text. Never told thim to use this use that, Hell I don't know what his overheating issue is. Does it sound similar to what happened to me? It sure does.

As far as the tuning issue goes I have checked the datalogs every other day (literally) and have basicallyl looked at every single WOT pull, never see any detonation, or knock volts above 1.5v, is it possible it was just too hot out to be beating the shit out of my car at 21psi?

Either way I am going to fix the headgasekt and get retuned for high/low boost

thanks for the help fellas
