Revhard/Custom
alright so ive decided to go turbo and im saving money right now/picking out parts for the kit. i was thinking of getting the revhard kit (have seen quite a few on ebay for $3800) and that comes with:
Rev Hard Cast Iron Manifold
T3/T04E Hybrid Turbo
Turbo efficient to 450hp
Rev Hard Intercooler 28x6.5x3
TiAL 38mm External Wastegate
Vortech Blow Off Valve
2.25" Aluminized Mandrel Bent Piping
2.5" Downpipe
Billet Map Diffuser (check valve)
Rev Hard FC (Fuel Controller)
Silicone Hoses & Clamps
Steel Braided -3 Oil Line
Oil Return Line
Oil Filter Relocation Kit
High Pressure Fuel Line
High Pressure Silicon Hose
Necessary Vacuum Tee's
Necessary Vacuum Lines
Now, for fuel management i am going to get the EMS. also, im gonna need 575cc injectors, 255 fuel pump. Is this a reliable way to go about things? i dont need the larger turbo of the lovefab (only want to go 8psi), plus i want an external wastegate so i went this route.
My question is, would it be difficult to piece together a kit by just looking at revhard's parts and buying them one by one, or should i just get their kit? the only problem i thought of with that is where am i going to find all of these little parts like fuel lines, hoses, vacuum tees/lines, hoses, clamps etc. theyre not very clear on these items. sorry for the long post, i just want to make sure im buying the right parts before i start shopping. thanks to anyone who can help.

Kit is a kit is a kit. Go with a good quality kit with good parts. Right now Lovefab has one of the better kits with hopefully Full-Race not far behind and the inline pro is thrown next after that. Make sure you got a good tuner and you should be happy. However unless you install it yourself or go cheap expect to pay at least 6-8 for the kit and another 2k for install and tune. Then don't forget gauges, rearend, tranny syncros, tires, brakes and all the other little stuff. I am at right now 8500 and that still doesn't have the cost of install on it. I also went with (gt35R and a Full-Race manifold) wich changes the price of things. That and this is complete with only quality parts and fabrication. A 4k kit is a good place to start but lots of others have upgraded from there wishing they would have just saved and gone with one of the big boys. Recommendation. Save and go for it.
Pretty manifold. And no this isn't my car but a pic of one of their manifolds at Full-Race
