Default Restrictor size question

Real quick question guys. A while back I was having some smoking issues with my car and I ordered this restrictor: http://www.jegs.com/i/Vibrant-Perfor...10288/10002/-1

I was going to throw it on, but realized the smallest orifice is a .030 instead of the recommended .032. Is the .030 size too small? I don't want to restrict the oil too much but I don't think the.002 difference will matter that much, I am just looking for clarification. Thanks in advance.

I did more searched but can't find any info on if the .030 restrictor is going to be okay for my BB 6262. Does anyone have any insight??
