I'm trying to source some parts together for a buddy who is rebuilding a spare turbo that he has. It is a turbonetics 60-1 ball bearing turbo, the only thing that went bad was the seals which caused his car to smoke alot. Whats parts do you guys recommend we replace and does anyone have a torque specs for the turbonetics 60-1 bb turbo?

lets see, you need a new chra. A whole center housing. bb cant be rebuilt im pretty sure.

Talk to these guys they rebuilt a hi fi 60 turbonectics turbo for me and did a excellent job. I know a few friends who have sent turbos to them as well. There in your state too which means a fast turnaround.

Im pretty sure a ball bearing turbo can not be rebuilt, you need the whole center section
