Default questions about going turbo and with my ems

I am going turbo and i have a complete kit right now and it came with emu and the tuner i was going to go to never used it before but said he could still tune it so instead i was thinking of getting a 1052 ems instead. But i currently have a uego and a tru boost that are both brand new in box and i dont know if i can use both of those on the 1052 or how i hook them up to it. I am looking for 400whp area and not sure if i need the obd yet so should i stick with the emu for now or just go ems. Just let me know your inputs thanks, im in southeast alabama and will be stationed somewhere else in about a year so i dont know any tuners in the area that are good so im in need of input thanks.

I believe boost just taps into vacuum line behind throttle body and give it power. Wideband goes in downpipe with a weld on bung . Then power. Not sure you have to plug it into ems

Yes you can use both of those gauges with the Aem EMS.Theres instructions with the gauges and the EMS that will show you how to hook them up. You are better going with AEM since most professional tuners know how to tune it so you wont have a problem when you move, if you do. Most people wont touch or know how to tune the EMU, especially down here. how big are your injectors? and what kit are you running?

Setup sounds good. it should yield 400 no problem. You'll definitely want to run AEM and get the V2 version so you wont have to worry about the water temp and startup issues.

v1 never had startup issues, and teh water temp issue can be fixed with a modifry 80 dollar part. and you will still have money left over v1 ftw

AEM all day, its worth it even if you have to put the car back to stock to pass inspection.
