Default question

hey guys im helping my friend with his 06 sti and hes replacing his turbo with a gt35r. he said that if i want, that he would sell me his stock turbo for $70. now if i remember correctly when i was reading on the sti forum that the 06-07 sti's have a slightly bigger turbo than the 04-05(vf-39), is this correct? im interested on buying it because i want to just build up a basic turbo system for my s2000. do you think this is a good idea?

serious? thats a total waste of your time. now, if you want, buy that turbo from him for like 25 bucks, and then sell it on nasioc to a wrx 06-07 guy for like 200 great upgrade for them.

Depends on what type of manifold you'd need to get. If you can do something off the shelf I'd consider it. If you have to do something custom, definitely not worth it.

Why would you get such a small turbo for a very free flowing head? Your going to kill that little turbo quickly. Save up and buy a large turbo. my .02
