I believe I remember reading your post about the mounts. maybe that's an area that will be improved on v2. Riceball777, I also read about your last turbo upgrade gtx3576r with a .63 ar. I'm curious what the numbers would look like with .82 ar. Did u ever get any closure on the EFR option?

I sold it to sell my s2000 not cause I didn't like the kit. I'm not sure if his is sold or not but that is the kit I was referring too.

I had the yellow bushing in my mount. While it did vibrate more than stock it was never a cause of abnormal noises or made the car a irritation to drive. The 3576 is the way to go if you plan to make more power over 550. At that point, the 3076 begins to run out of steam.

Thanks for looking out but I picked up a used kit already. I have yet to post my review of the ptuning kit, mainly due to the pros and cons already known about the kit. I do have issues with hitting boost cut, more so with the oem exhaust than with the 3" exhaust. Im curious if a more refined boost control found in an AEM vs my Flashpro would help. And something recently concerning is premature turbo seal failure. Anyone else having this issue on their kit? My turbo is less than a month old and I'm getting signs of oil blowing out of the blowoff valve.

Check to see if the oil scavenging pump is working. If you remove the scavenging pump trigger wire going to the stock oil pressure sensor and then turn the ignition to key on engine off, the scavenging pump should run ( doing this just makes it easier to hear the pump run as opposed to listening to it with the engine running).

I was having a similar issue and found an intermittant electrical connection occurring at the plug to the oil scavenging pump. Cut that off and hard wired it in.

I also recently "permanently" disconnected the trigger wire going to the scavenging pump so that I can hear it run everytime just before I start the engine.

Also If the pump is not running check to see if you blew the heater control, cooling fan relay fuse (no. 21 in the interior fuse box (under the dash)). The previous sentence may depend on which iteration of the kit that you have. I have the very first version, I believe the last version they came out with they had the scavenging pump pull power from elsewhere (anyone with the latest version of the kit like to chime in?). If you do have the earlier version you may want to upgrade the no. 21 under dash fuse from a 7.5amp to a 20 amp as was advised to me by PTuning.

I first got tuned on a 90 degree day. As winter rolled around I started to hit boost cut. I had to get it retuned for the winter.

Ptuning lowered the boost, and while it doesn't hit boost cut anymore, it's also not a beast anymore (I might raise it slightly). A couple psi really changes the personality of the turbo, or I'm just getting bored with the power. Ptuning has confirmed that there's oil in the compressor side of the turbo, so in a few weeks I'm going to ask them to send the turbo to Garrett for warranty since I can't live with a turbo seal leak on a 2 month old turbo, no matter how minor. While I've had my fair share of issues, PTuning has stepped up and I expect this turbo issue to be another "no cost" resolution.
