Your data is completely wrong. unless somethings wrong with your car.

2.0 9:1 6262 bb will hit 10 psi by 4000ish rpms on the mase kit. would be even better if it was 11:1 compression or 2.2L
Trust me is it is correct, I am the only person I have ever met that calibrated their map sensor. I used multiple certified and calibrated digital and analog gauges and tested from 20" to 35PSI in at least 20 steps. Everyone just bolts them on and goes with the calibration sheet that comes with the sensor. I engineer and deliver equpment with pressure transducer that are worth 10 times what our MAP sensors cost and are more linear and acurate. Even they drift and must be checked and calibrated bianually at minimum.

Here is a post I put up trying to inform the boards on a more common issue than most know.

The only other variable would be the RPM, but the data log straight from the EMS is better than any other source, remember it is driving the ignition and injector.

Finally, if you look at the graphs the boost and the power make a 1:1 corelation.

Oh, and there was nothing wrong with the car, it was making very healthy numbers for a concervative tune on 91 OCT. Now there may be something to say about usinng the boost controller at a high duty cylce to spool the turbo a bit faster but this also leads to overshoot and can cause control issues which I did not have or want.

I do still have my data logs, which I would be happy to send, these are how I created the above graph and they were taken on the dyno using 5th gear.

Did you calibrate your MAP?

lol say no more. thats the problem right there. you did it on the dyno. not real life conditions.

go out on the street, 6th gear (the standard for spooling the turbo is highest gear low rpms. full throttle. then loggggg away). im willing to bet you are seeing close to 10 psi by 4000 prms even on a 2.0 w the 6262 on the mase kit.

Well he would if he had the kit anymore I had the 5857bb mase kit and my kit spooled about the same as the 6262 and I had stock HG
