Can someone post some pics (either PTuning or someone who has this kit) of the routing of all the water lines going to the turbo and also the vacuum lines coming off the wastegate. The PTuning instructions touch on these very briefly but there are no pictures or diagrams to help. Thanks guys.

Here's a few pictures of how the braided coolant lines are routed on our kit.

Connect the banjo fittings and crush washer for each braided coolant lines on either side of the turbo's center cartridge with both lines pointing directly downward and fully tighten both banjo fittings. The lines should be secured on the turbo before mounting the turbo to the turbo manifold. The lines should route underneath the turbo, then along the side of the lower oil pan and up and towards the front timing cover as shown below:

Route both coolant lines up along the front timing cover and over the intake mounting bracket as shown below. Be sure to secure the two cooland lines to the bracket to prevent it from rubbing against the subframe and touching the accessory belt.

The shorter of the two lines will route to the coolant nipple on the engine block and the longer line will connect to the coolant nipple below the throttle body.

If you are running off the WG springs, you can connect one end of the vacuum line to the 1/8 npt bung on the charge pipe and the other end to the bottom port on the WG top (the upper port on the WG top hat should be left open to atmosphere unless you are running it with a 2-port EBC setup).

We will be updating the installation manual once we've completed our cold air box upgrade.

Also remember that the 1/8 npt port on the billet IAT flange of the upper intercooler should be plugged up (using the supplied 1/8 npt brass plug, unless you running a water/meth nozzle as shown. We had a few customer mistaken it for a vaccum port.
