Ptuning,

I'm already turbo'd, but am interested in switching to your manifold (from the log I have)... what additionally (other than the manifold obviously) would it take to do this? I'm guessing at minimum I'd need your motor mounts for the manifold/turbo to clear?

What about the oil scavenging pump? Will that be required too since the turbo sits so low? Doesn't the pump have a custom bracket attaching it to your intercooler? So I'm guessing I would need your intercooler (and hotside piping, probably) too?

Ugh, this doesn't sound do-able, and I certainly don't have the money to buy a full kit. Guess I'll never have the Ptuning goodness.

I believe the bottom of the turbo is for the oil return and coolant lines. The intake charge pipe ports gets capped off if you didn't order the fittings for that plate.

The two open ports on the turbo center cartridge is for the banjo fittings and braided coolant lines. It's included in the package# PTP-PKG-30000-11. The -4AN restrictor flare fitting is for the braided oil feed line and the bottom -8AN fittings with the plastic cap is for the braided oil return line.

The billet welded flange on the upper intercooler piping was designed to mount our optional vacuum block in the center with the 4 screw holes (it was included free of charge for those that did the initial pre-order). The 1/8NPT port on the rear is can be used for a WMI nozzle (a 1/8NPT plug is included in package # PTP-PKG-30000-18). The port on the front of with the 3 screw hole is designed for an AP2 model with DBW that uses an intake air temp (IAT) sensor. We supply a billet aluminum plug, o-ring and hardware to plug it up if you have an AP1 or AP2 with non-DBW (the IAT plug, o-ring and screws are included in package # PTP-PKG-30000-18 as well).
