Toan said to change it as a precautionary measure. I started my car to let it warm up. I walked away for a few minutes then got in and saw the oil light on. Idk if it came on right away or in the time it was idling but the point is I am not sure in that time if the turbo was being starved enough to cause a problem or worst case a problem with my motor. Im just posting to give people a heads up to change it because if everything is ok I figure to be lucky but if I were to let it warm up longer I could of had a bigger problem. Just a heads up.

looks like this is not an isolated issue, maybe put something in the manual about this?

The turbo is pretty stout. When it happened to me, i took off the intake pipe to the turbo and there was oil there from it backing up some since the pump wasn't pumping. Mind you i had the car running for a good 10-20 min before i got things figured out. It will just smoke from the oil burning off. I cleaned it up and it was good to go.

I had the same issue as well. Just change the fuse to a 10amp and your good to go. My oil light came on also and scared the hell out of me. Yes they need to put this step into manual.

Only comes on when you start the car?! meaning it dies after it's started!? or you mean the sound is only heard when you start the car and fades away after?

That pump sounds bad! I doubt that is going to fade away. I would call ptuning and get a new pump asap.
