So just id2000s, stock fuel pressure, and a 340 pump you are able to get 550+ whp on e85?
Yall stopped at 567? What was the limiting factor there? I would think the pump.

Thanks for all the advice and feedback, Daryl. Your build was the primary inspiration for me to buy a Ptuning kit. My build is finally taking off. Just upgraded the clutch to the ACT HDSS and am about to install the turbo kit. Hope to be back on the ground and running before this coming weekend. Will be running on wastegate spring for a while during clutch break in. It'll be interesting to see how our results will compare using E85 and ID2000s on this Ptuning kit. Hopefully this Walbro 460LPH pump can keep up!
Do you have any idea what ignition timing and boost pressure you're running now?

Its not a coating it is inconel wrap from this company. They custom make the shields for your manifold and turbo. Its not cheap but it works great and really controls the heat in the bay. I also like the oem look of the material.

I believe its 18 degrees advanced and 18psi boost. LJ went up to 21psi but the gtx 3076r was running out of steam and the added boost did not show a lot of power gain. I decided to leave it at 18psi for safety etc. Believe me, the car is a beast at this psi on e85. Have the boost cut set at 21psi. Car has been running very well without any issues with this kit! I had Alpha at Induction performance look at the tune and he modified it to stop the oscillation I was getting with E85. It will never idle as well as the 1000's but its very liveable. Once under way the injectors perform very well. Good luck with the tune!
