how high do you think you could have gone with 2 fuel pumps? 600? and how much did you make on pump gas? or did you only do e85?

I think 600 was doable with two pumps. My duty cycle was starting to climb because I was running out of fuel but that was to be expected with one aeromotive pump and e85. You may only need one pump with 93 octane and your built motor.

Tried to get a 93 octane tune but it was boost creeping without the supplied 2.5inch restrictor plate and an open dump, so we abandoned the 93 octane tune and went for e85.

It looks like a huge washer with 3 inch OD and 2.5inch ID fitted between the downpipe and exhaust.
Ptuning came up with it to slow the exhaust flow so that lower boost can be achieved for customers that dont want 500+

Has anyone tried using a larger wastegate?

Do you have Hot start issues with the ID1600? Similar to the ID1000 but worse.... for me atleast..

Nice numbers tho
I think i have this also , is it when the car takes longer to start?

I dont think taking slightly longer to start can be fixed.. it just comes with having IDs.. its not too bad of a downside tho. My issue was that it would run on like 2 or 3 cylinders for like 10 seconds lol but Evans fixed it and its all good now
