I DID A COMPRESSION TEST AND IT READS 180-185 ALL THE WAY ACROSS. AS FAR AS A LEAKDOWN CAN ANYONE LET ME KNOW HOW THIS IS DONE. AND SORRY FOR THE CAPS I AM AT WORK.

To me your numbers don't seem that far off at 19psi. 488hp seem decent, you do have an AP1 and a different rear. Now if you can't turn up the boost past 19psi, then maybe you have a small issue but seems reasonable to me.
I have the 6165, still a work in progress but I made 460-470 dyno jet adjusted 400 on a dyno pack with a inline log 20 psi. However those manifolds make more power across the whole band more than the logs. I guess what I am saying is don't just compare top end number but look at the whole powerband.

He cant take it past 19 psi and boost even at 19 psi starts to fall off at the top. Thats his biggest problem and the 6262 isnt even breathing yet at 19 psi.

Let me know what you find out when you look at the avenues I pointed you in and we will go from there if you dont find anything.

I think his motor is solid. He did a leakdown and all cylinders were 180-185. I think thats about right with the 3mm HG.
