To me your numbers don't seem that far off at 19psi. 488hp seem decent, you do have an AP1 and a different rear. Now if you can't turn up the boost past 19psi, then maybe you have a small issue but seems reasonable to me.

I have the 6165, still a work in progress but I made 460-470 dyno jet adjusted 400 on a dyno pack with a inline log 20 psi. However those manifolds make more power across the whole band more than the logs. I guess what I am saying is don't just compare top end number but look at the whole powerband.
He cant take it past 19 psi and boost even at 19 psi starts to fall off at the top. Thats his biggest problem and the 6262 isnt even breathing yet at 19 psi.

Thats what Im getting @ I should be making more power than what I am. And when I say im getting 488hp my tuner said that we are riding a line to get that. I talked to the guy who tunes the cars for inlinepro who happens to be a local from my area and he said that I should be getting more out of my setup. He knows two of the tuners that i took my car to and said that they are more than capable of of making good power on my car.

IF the motor is solid, then my bet is on a boost leak.

I think his motor is solid. He did a leakdown and all cylinders were 180-185. I think thats about right with the 3mm HG.

You turn the car off and presurize the system threw the intake on the turbo with a compressor and listen. If you have any leaks you can here them.
