The new precision ceramic ball bearing turbos do not need water cooling due to the bearings. It is still a good idea though to let the car run a little if you have been hard on the turbo. Regular driving our of boost I would just turn the car off and don't worry about it.

Thanks this is what i wanted to know, meanly for regular driving, i know when you been running the car hard, you need to let the car idle for a least 5 - 10 minutes.
