You are not the first person to tell me this, my shop ( raw racing told me the same thing ), spoke to fernando @ kings performance and told me 62/62 non-ballbearing had too many issues which is why, they do not use them in their kits anymore.
i was using the same setup with my 35r, with no problems for ( 5k miles )
Spoolin : car is going to get the drain relocate to the girdle in 2 weeks. I talking to precision, because 3 times in less than 16 months.. too much money spent in labor every time this thing go down. Maybe the can upgrade me to a ball bearing one, for a small fee,

Update: finally precision have the turbo with them, their diagnostic of the problem. "cold shutdown and debris from oil ( they told the same BS the other 2 times ). THe price to rebuild the turbo is $290. or upgrade to BB for $895 + return shipping (WTF!!). After much talking with them i was able to get the upgrade to BB for $700 ( better than the first quote, but i'm not happy ) but i don't have any other option in this case.
The shop is going to relocate the drain to the "proper" location. So will see what happen after the turbo is install and re-tuned. Oh and i will buy the new full-blown fuel pump. to see if i can pass the 500whp + goal.

Update: my car is ready, i will pick up the car tomorrow, my mechanic just told me, the new 62/62 BB do not use coolant, or coolant lines, Crazy? why is that?
oil return line was relocate to the position recommend by some people. I will tune the car and see how this turbo behaves

BrockB: good choice man, i wasted so much money with the Stupid JB one.
Do you guys recommend turbo timer? or just wait 2m every time i'm getting ready to shut down the car, and 10m after the car has been run hard.

I think your problems are solved now.
Glad to be helpfull Andres.
Brock if you still help with your car I will be able to do all the work but it will have to be after the 24th of this months since I'm going out of town. Call me and let me know and that was good that you decided to go with the 62/62bb
