Your right sorry I didn't see that well get rid of the DP then 70mm is not flowing anywhere enough for a turbo build.

As others have said, it sounds like that 70mm DP and/or the part of your exhaust where it goes down to 2.25" is choking you off. I'd run a straight 3" exhaust all the way from the turbo, back. I'm surprised the kit came with a 2.75"/70mm DP, I feel like a 3"/76mm is pretty much standard when running a turbo of that size.

Now that I know its going down to 2.25 inch that is deff your problem with out doubt. I wouldn't waste anymore time trying to look in other places for you issue.

I'll likely take the exhaust off, but isn't pie R with the two pipes equivalent to 3 inch flow?

I really think it may just be the downpipe and not really the exhaust

Awesome I really do think that has been your problem and not really the Exhaust so if you still can't hit your power goals now you no it would have to be the exhaust which I dont think it is.
