PFAB Twin Scroll Turbo Kit
Hi,
This is my 2nd S2000 that I will be turbo charging. My first was stolen in Virginia, bad topic. Anyway, I purchased a 2006 GPW @ last year. I decided I wanted to go turbo again on this one and bought a used PFAB kit from a member on the forum. My last S I used the inline pro kit which I liked, but had it's ups and downs. I am trying to get input from someone who has much more mechanical knowledge than myself. I was able to get 452whp and 298tq out of my inline pro kit with 600cc injectors and an AEM EMS. I bought the 06 so I can use the Flash pro for tuning as the stand alone is a pain when trying to inspect a car in NY state. I would like to get 500whp and around 350tq with the PFAB kit. I am not going to be using METH injection or an octane any higher than what is at the pump, which is 93 in my area. Would this be possible to do with the modification I plan to install? I have seen Joeys dyno sheet which might I add is incredible , but I have not seen a dyno were anyone is using 93 octane and does not use meth injection or a 3mm headgasket. I had the 3mm on my last one and want to stay away from that. Listed below is a list of parts that are waiting to go on my car. I will most likely bring the car to evans tuning for the tune. Any help or suggestions from the forum would be greatly appreciated. If you think I should change something to make it run better or possibly gain a few more HP or be safer for the tune, please let me know.
PFab Twin Scroll Manifold
PFab 3” Downpipe
Garrett GT35R
Tial 38mm Wastegate (2)
Mishimoto Intercooler
Synapse BOV
PTP Turbo Blanket
ID1000cc Injectors
Aeromotive Fuel Pump
Hondata 4 bar map sensor
Hondata Boost Solenoid
Hondata Flashpro
AEM Digital Boost gauge
Competition Clutch Stage 5 Clutch kit
Competition light weight flywheel
Invidia Q300 Dual Exhaust ( I am a target in my area with this exhaust and cannot go any louder which is why I chose the Q300)
Invidia 70mm Test pipe
Thank You,
Nick

Get a 3.5" boost actuated cut out.
500 is pushing the limits of what is safe on just pump, so you will need to do everything you can to make the system as efficient as possible.

I never thought about doing a cut out. Any suggestions on which company makes a good one? Also, I would like to get 500whp but if I can get 550whp it would be nice. I just want to try and use the stock motor.
MegaTron, I don't daily drive my S. My last one only had 42,000 on it in 7 years. This one has only seen about 3,000 and I have had it 1 year. I might do about 5,000 a year just for fun around town or on a car cruise.

I made 550 on straight 93, then 580 with 93 & Meth with a GT35r and PFABS stuff. I have a QTP 3" cutout, it actuslly isnt too bad, the restriction is from the hotside of a divided GT35r.

Looks like you have everything pretty well covered. If you wanted something a bit quicker spooling but still efficient the 8374 would be a good choice. Otherwise, the 35R is solid for 500whp on 93 octane.

Joey, did you have the stock motor using 93 octane? I thought I read somewhere that you had a 3mm head gasket, I could be wrong. Let me know if the 550 was on a stock motor.
Also, I will have to look into the exhaust cut out. Might be a good feature to have to gain a few extra HP.
