Yeah i have a comptech SC set up right now but thinking i want to try a turbo setup since im hitting up the drag strip more. So i have all my fuel stuff from that and ems just not sure if my ID725cc injectors will be enough or if i will have to upgrade to ID1000 im sure i will need to upgrade.

Yeah Alex has been fast at answering my questions at sheepy. Said they made 450whp on pump 91 running a 6262 with his kit.So i shouldnt have a problem on 93, I want to stay on pump and i know thats going to limit my max to be around 450-460whp unless i do meth with it.

I just like the forward facing manifolds and really didnt want to relocate my oil filter, batt, and fuse box.

I have talked to track forged, full blown, but there kits are a bit more at 5k and even more depending on what manifold you go with. Im not a fan of how inlinepro kits look. I do go to shows so i also want something that looks good under the hood

Im also leaning toward a garret or borg turbo since i hear a lot of people blowing up precision turbos. So advice on that will help too. If i could get away with a precision turbo like a 5858 or 6262 that would all so save some cash. but i want it to be reliable so im willing to spend the extra and a quality turbo.

Nothing wrong with precision just make sure you get the ball bearing not journal bearing. Also running the proper size oil restrictor on the feed and proper oil drain set up.

If you want reliable then stick with Garrett or Borg Warner!

What about a garret gt30r ? Still fast spool and would get me to 500hp if I went to e85 correct?

Thanks passman I want something that's going to be fun on the street but still bf good down the strip.

Next question Tial vs Turbosmart. One better than the other? I see most companies include Tial as sheepy says the turbosmart wastegates/bov are a better product. I have used neither.

Both are great. Can't really go wrong with either. I do like Turbosmart more, quality seems a little better compared to the new Tial stuff.
