Default Oil pressure, oil temp - turbo setup

I really dont know with my turbo setup and if its normal.

The setup is:
F20C 2.0, MY03, turbokit Revhard stage 2 with T3/04E turbo, AEM STANDALONE, 1052U, CR 9:1, complete rebuild engine, AEBS sleeves, CP pistons, Carrillo rods, Ferrea valve kit, ACL bearings (stock size), oil cooler, relocation filter w/ AN8 lines, OIL MAG II oil filter, high volume oil pump

Oil 10W60 CASTROL TWS.

My oil temp is:
normal driving - 210-235°F
highway (speed around 180-220km/h) - 240-265°F (not end).

My oil pressure:
cold idlle 50-75psi
cold WOT (3000rpm) 70-75psi

warm iddle 20-25psi
warm WOT 60-65psi

hard driving idlle - 15-22psi
hard driving WOT - 52-60psi

My question is: its that oil pressure and that oil temp normal by turbo engines or something is bad?

What oil temp is still safe for F20C with this oil?
What is the minimal pressure for VTEC kick?

Thanks a lot

I will appreciate that each answer.

And sorry for my ensglish, i know, that she isnt so good. Hope you understand

I don't know about the temp but your warm WOT pressure seems about 30-40 psi too low.

10W60 castrol....

Go back to a 10W40 oil or so and you WOT hot psi should come up to 65-75 psi range. That oil is too thick IMO.

I had before 10W40 Motul and the pressure was worse than now.

Really dont know why the oil temp is so high. is it really normal? What i saw in other threads, Imnt alone with this problem.

And what do you mean about MOTUL 20W60? Every racing companies recommend this oil for race engines.

Thanks

switching from a 60 weight to anything lower isn't going to help oil pressure if its already that bad. acl bearing clearances are a little loose anyway. Actually most built motors that are built for fi are built a little loose in that regard and you generally need a thicker oil. I owuld run -8 lines for any oil cooler or relocation kits as this will halp keep your pressure up. What size restrictor are you running on your turbo? What size line for the feed/ oil pressure gauge? All of these things will contribute to lower pressures.

Your oil temperatures are way too high. Ideally, you don't want them higher than 235F or so. Part of your oil temperature problem is the oil being too thick; the thicker oil sucks up power and that power is turned into heat. Also, it kills your gas mileage. But I'm guessing the thick oil only accounts for ~10-15F. You are still way too hot.

I bet part of your oil pressure problem is the -8AN line. You need to go bigger as the small lines cause too much of a pressure drop.
