Bad oil seal and bearings went bad too, sounded like an old skateboard.

Talked to the previous owner of this kit, he was able to clarify the oil leakage a bit more. He thinks the blower may have ingested some oil from the PCV line and spit it back out of the inlet. It wasn't a large amount of oil but rather more of a residue coating in the inlet.

Have any of you guys experienced this, is it normal? Otherwise the blower ran perfect and did not make any terrible noises like the bearings were bad etc.

Hmm ya, I can say mine had some discharge near that vent or hole... but the cool side is with the rebuild, you know its all fresh and good, and the stronger bearing kit is good insurance for more boost.
