Default Noob here asking some Q's about F/I

My friend here in Romania owns an S2000 And he is planing to turbo it. My question is what should he do with the diff because i'm not sure it will hold the extra power. His current mod list is: ZEX nitrous kit (75 shot), Invidia decat, Fujita CAI, ACT stage 1 clutch kit and UNICHIP and R888 semislicks. He had Rick's 4.57 gears but he broke the tooths on the rick's ring and now he has the stock 4.10 back in. A couple of days ago he broke the tripod (the triangle shaped thing in the drive axle head). Can he buy a reinforced tripod thing like this? does the Spoon drive shafts include a reinforced tripod or a stock one? What should he do with the diff to make sure it won't blow after he installs the inlinePRO turbo kit?

Sorry about my english...

There's an InlinePro diff conversion kit.

My friend got the Unichip from a Unichip and Nitrous Express dealer here in Romania. It's only good for the nitrous kit, for the N/A i wouldn't recommend it. He actually lost 2 hp's with it but he gained a little bit of torque. I guess the guy who programmed it isn't very good at programming.

@CKit: The R200 kit it kinda expensive. We are looking for a cheaper solution.

I don't thing that all the F/I cars here are running the R200, so i'm asking the owners what is their solution?

its all how you drive you car... at stock people have blown their diffs up! If your not looking to buy the IP setup, you could always fabricate your own assembly etc... but if your not a friend with a machine shop it might be just as expensive as the IP option, if not more...

Is your friend launching the car alot?

Yes he does launch quite often. The semislicks add more stress on the diff. That tripod thing blowed when he tried to drift with the semislicks, so that's his mistake. He ordered a KAAZ lsd now.

So i guess there isn't any other solution besides the R200 conversion. Well i guess he will have to see what blows after he installs the turbo kit and he will have to change that part. 10x for the replies guys, if anyone knows everything else about this, please reply.
