White smoke is what is really bothering me..... is the turbine spinning at a billion RPM like it should be at least or are you just seeing it "turning" but not spinning fast? I'm thinking maybe its nearly toast even?

The ECU/ EMS is bothering me A LOT....... WHAT EXACTLY are you running as asked above.

35R is short term, I have a 30R (3071/3076) variant.

sorry greg for the late response..i appreciate all of your posts.. im running the aem fic. the stock ecu had to be used because hondata has not came out with a unit for the ap2, in short i was explaned that the factory ecu would have a problem reading boost past over 14psi so it was tuned for 10-12 psi bc of the factory map sensor being used..880cc precision injectors are being used..precision gt35r ball bearing but their newer turbos do not have a return feed for coolant into the turbo..the turbo fins are spinning like normal but like previously stated there is no boost..inspected every angle of IC piping i possibly could w/o having the car on a lift and found no bad connections..

the fic has a map clamp built in it so it blocks the high boost signal to the ecu, return feed for coolant? you should have a oil in and out and a water in and out. how they plumber your water supply/return could be a overheating issue, and the proper line size & restrictor in oil supply with correct placement and fitting for oil return, you could be backing up in return and oil is pushing by te seals in turbo causing your smoke.

if your car is shooting white smoke that is a sign of burning coolant -
I have had blown turbos blow white smoke when the seals go bad. It was not from coolant, it was oil.

Burned in the combustion chambers will give you blue, but leaking into the exhaust directly can burn white for some reason.

And if you are running a cat and bad turbo seals are the problem, it will clog very quickly and leave you stranded. The oil buildup in the catalyst will soon ignite and melt the substrate. A dead giveaway is it will smoke much more at idle, and little to not at all when spooling. Turbo seals are stronger when the turbine is spinning.
