Nitrous users check your plugs
The past month, I've been running a 70 shot with no problems. When checking plugs, no detonation or really any increased wear.
This past weekend, I threw in a 75 shot (.038 jet) ran it about 6 times. When I checked my plugs this time, they were very worn and had black specs on them(detonation). I was running NGK 7173 copper plugs. I swapped in NGK 7405(same thing, but even 1 more heat range colder) plugs and am tempted to try it like this or go back to a 70 shot. I might spray a couple of times and check them.
I know most Zex users here run the 75 shot so it might be a good investment to your motor to maybe drop it down to the next size shot if you're not checking your plugs often, running a cold enough plug, or have retarded your timing with an ecu piggyback.
Just a heads up.
