can i run a this single pump to replace 1 walbro to make 510 - 520 whp? ( stock fuel lines )

If I decided to swap out my twin walbros down the road for these i shouldn't have to change my tune would I? as long as I adjust my FPR?

yes as long as the fuel pressure is not affected. I would recommend you checking the tune just to be safe but if you log with a wideband, you should be fine.
