I would love to see this stay on topic and see real answers. As long as you have supporting mods what would be the "magic" number on stock compression?
I for one am only running 6.5psi turboed.

without timing control you can kill sleeve with low boost pressures due to high cylinder pressures, With high boost on stock sleeves you need to stay away from mbep.
turbo cars are a little harder on motors due to they come up on boost when coming up on peak torque and that is when you have rapidly rising cylider pressure where sc car comes on liner and slow and that is allot easier on the motor
