try www.aempower.com on the forums they have downloads for the latest version of the EMS and a base map.

The AEM Pro software comes with base maps for both the 1012 and 1052. Start there. They are very good. They will be installed under the AEM Pro folder in Program Files when AEM Pro is installed.
