Default need help e85 conversion.

I just found a local e85 pump 10 minutes away from me.
so I am really considering doing it.
car currently have vortech sc 400 whps.
kpro dbw dual ecu (discontinued)
1000 I'd injectors n walbro 255 fuel pump, stock none return less fuel system

looking to shoot 500 whps with the new rotrex or the sos turbo kit with e85.
I will be selling my kit with kpro as a package deal when I get the new setup.

so if I am going e85 looking at 500 whps n more.
what do it need to upgrade on my car.

return less fuel kit , sos or in line pro?
better fuel pump of course, bigger injectors?
n the final part the ems.

to run flashpro or ame ems.
I really dunno if I can be able to pass emissions with aem in new york.

please help.

First thing you should buy is this and test the fuel at each station http://m.summitracing.com/parts/qft-...leSwitchTablet You will need 1300 injectors at a minimum. I think an aem fuel rail with fpr and fuel pressure gauge is important with 1300 on E85, but you could try the FIC 1600 injectors and a fpr may not be needed. Return fuel system with E85 is a must IMO I would get the SOS 450 pump with their plug and play kit as well as the upgraded wiring. You could use a Fullblown 340 pump only as well but I tend to make sure I will not have fuel issues period. I made over 500whp with the 38-91 rotrex blower and E85 You could just get a new pulley with the vortech and get power that way but the choice is yours. Flashpro is a no brainer with DBW cars.

DW also makes injectors in the 2000-1000cc range. VitViper had good success with them.

but the flashpro is really a bargain n emissions friendly in New York.
my kpro can't pass emissions.

Flash Pro does not currently support flex fuel. You would have to be E85 only or drain the tank, refill and switch tunes when switching fuel.

AEM Series 2 for 06+ is dual ECU, not sure what the laws are in NY but you still have the OEM ECU and full OBDII functionality. You will want the AEM since E85 can vary quite a lot, I've seen it range from 65 to 88, it depends on the time of year and where you get it. Come tune day you will want to do it with E98 so your ECU has the uppermost range, and down to the standard pump gas you run now. The SOS return kit is the way to go, just make sure there aren't any lines rubbing.
