Also, which should I do, knock sensor input or intake temp/coolant temp? Does the knock sensor input do anything besides logging?

Is the harness the same from the old blue e-manage? I got mine from boomslang fabrications. No need to send them your harness:

I just spoke with Boomslang. Suprinsingly they are rather close to where I live. They do not have the Ultimate harness yet so I am going to send them one and they are going to wire it.
