i just found out, it's GT35R. Inline pro kit though. maybe the turbo is swapped out, whatever.

There is a video out there that I got. It's your car, top down, 2step, in front of a shop of sort, burn out, then taking off for a bit, etc.

stock rims, painted side bumper holes, turbo, etc.
John's car. They made that video demostrating their single exhaust system if I remember right.

I'm going to be running this same setup here in a month or so (I hope) slim you have for sure convinced me the 3076RB is the way to go... if any of the inline boys are reading this do you think if I went with the next step larger compressor housing say .63 A/R would moderately larger HP numbers be reached with little effect on the mid-range perfection of slims setup? I will be running your 3" SS Turbo Exhaust BTW... I want between 425 and 500hp if possible

Hey slim, how did you loosen the BOV spring on the inlinepro bov? I think I get a little compressor surge as well if I modulate the throttle just right.

If I had their 3" single exhaust, my power numbers would likely be 30+ rwhp higher. The turbo is already "nearing" its max flow output and the HKS has even more negative effect on the overall performance because of it. That being said, the turbo is rated to move enough air to reach the mid 400s.

If you ran a 0.63 housing, you would definitely have no trouble reaching mid-400s with an open exhaust. Your mid range might not peak as much as mine, but the high end will certainly benefit. It's hard to say for sure what will happen, due to both the turbine housing and exhaust changing, but I'm sure it will be sick either way.

Just turn the BOV housing counter clockwise (lengthen it). The spring force is inversely proportional to the distance you lengthen the housing.

generally we see about a 25-30whp gain from switching to a 3inch exhaust set up. I dont think moving to a .63 housing would drastically effect miderange but like slim said you def. would not have a midrange peak like he does but your overall power up top would be higher. With our 3mm headgasket and 3inch exhaust 450+ whp could be reached at slims boost levels.

Some pics from an autocross this past weekend. I recently (Friday) put on some new wheels and tires. Even with 255 Falken RT 615s on 9" wide Volks in the rear, its VERY difficult to keep this thing straight in second gear. The whole day was an excercise in throttle feathering. Which I've learned I need practice at...

The car peformed flawlessly. Not even one hiccup. The procedure went something like this:

1. Run takes place.
2. Car immediately goes back in queue for 5-10 minutes.
3. AC on full blast for my comfort (it was quite hot in direct sunlight).
4. Repeat.

The runs took about 55 seconds and then the car was stationary for a while...not exactly good for cooling. After my first four runs, I checked coolant temp through the EMS and it was reading 220. Popping the hood reduced temps by about 15 degrees in 5 mintues. 220 was the max temp I saw, so no issues there.

I didnt turn the most competitive times as I was on street tires, but the runs were quite entertaining for those watching. My BOV could be heard over all other sounds (super loud Corvettes and Mustangs) and a few of my runs could be used as instructional videos in Dorifto 101: "How not to drift".

that was fun reading! how many miles do you have before and after the turbo?
Thanks for sharing your experience!!!
