I knew I should have just removed the dumb thing. What a waste.

I wonder what caused it. If anyone knows please tell me. Because if it is prone to happen again I am not going to replace it. I might just fool the ECU like others.
With my AEM, I just installed a 16 dollar block off plate and removed the air pump, valcuum lines, solenoid, EGR(air recirc valve), and had no issues.

I take it we are talking about the Secondary Air Injection System pump in the left front behind the front bar? You realise that a turbo is an 'air pump' too?
It is low pressure so it's not too much pressure.
And no boost gets to it. The valve may be on the intake manifold but feeds through the back of the head to the exhaust ports. It never sees charge air until it has been combusted. And if it was exhaust leaking back through the valve it would effect some of the rubber piping too.
So I'm guessing it is simply and electrical failure in the pump motor.

What ECU are you running and will you need to pass an OBDII emissions check?

Yeah, I need to pass OBD. My next inspection is due September.
Plus, CEL's are very annoying.

I see what you mean. But, what could have malfunctioned to cause this? I've checked surrounding tubes, pipes, etc. No damage and everything seems like it is in good working order.
I'll post some pics tomorrow, maybe that will help.
I want to get this fixed before my next inspection. But, I don't want to buy another air pump and have that one blow up too.
If anyone else could chime in that would be great. Thanks.
