Default More Lovefab Turbo Video's

Hey,

Sorry guys I can't show you any CRAZY low times because I live in Utah. The altitude here is 4,600 feet above sea-level. Cars here run about .7-1.2 slower than they would at sea-level, so please don't give me your coments about how I should be faster. Just subtract 1 second and that what the car will run at sea-level. To give you a idea. At the track that night there was a Mustang Cobra meet. There were over 15 Cobra's there. Two were even the new super-charged ones. One of those ran a best of a 13.9 and and of the 13 others the best was a 14.8

Now we could say that all 13 were crappy drivers, but doubtful. This is what altitude does. There was a competition Nova there that ran 10.1-10.2 all night and I went and talked to him and he says at 500 feet elv. in Las Vegas the car has run a best of 8.96. Now that is a guy that can drive and he is running about a second slower as well.

ANYWAY LETS GET TO MY CAR. That was just my disclamer

I have the Lovefab set-up, with a 2mm cosmetic gasket. Only other mod is I unhooked the exhaust and ran open Midpipe. I took NOTHING out of the car because I wanted to see what it would run on the street, plus it was my first time there. So I had TWO 800 watt amps, spare tire, one 12' Sub and box, labtop, gym-bag, you name, I had it in the trunk. I ran on shizzy 91 octane gas, and I ran 10 pounds of boost.

The video'z will be posted later tonight, and I will tell you about each of the cars that lined up against me. ALOT of people were just amazed at the time's the car was running. After every race no less than 5 people were running up trying to get me to stage against there friend so I got to pick some fun cars to race to give you a idea of how FAST THIS CAR IS! Just wanted to get you all excited. :-)

I'll post tonight.

J. R.

EDIT: Here they are as promised

For those that saw the other video's this is the rematch vs that RX7 that was only running 8 pounds before. Now he is running 13. I still eat him up.

These were a bunch of guys that kept running up to my friends telling them to stage me for money, that this Type R was running 20 sum pounds of boost and was going to stomp me. He was on racing slicks and the whole nine yards........Well lets see the outcome shall we folks?!?!?!

This was a STI that was running a upgraded turbo and a bunch of bolt one's. I thought it would be a good race, but I guess he bogged it out of the hole. I thought for sure he would come back and run my ass down though!

All in all it was a fun night and a fun experience for me. Hope you guys enjoy the video's

I have a video of a stock S2000 running, but I won't post it, its embarrasing. There were two stock ones there. One ran a 16.5 the other ran a best of 16.1

Speaking of altitude, what is a good time for a bone stock AP2 S2K. I ran a 15.1 at 5000ft altitude. Is that a decent time for the thin air?

a 15.1 is very good. At sea-level that would be good for probly a 14.1-14.6

14.1 - 14.6 is a big difference. At sea level 14.6 is not good at all, 14.1 is very decent and breaking 13's is

But anyway, you're not stock, so lets see the power of turbo
