Default Manley springs and retainers

Anyone have any experience with them? Pulling my head off to instal a head gasket, might as well put springs and retainers in it while i have it apart. I did a search but came up with nothing about their springs and retainers.

IMO, I would replace the valves first since you are taking the head off. Thats a bigger issue in my eyes. You can always install aftermarket springs and retainers after the fact with the head on the car.
