You should move this to the Forced Induction forum. It also wouldn't hurt to post a question regarding a tuner in your local forum.

What is your target PSI? You only mention it over boosting to 17psi

When you are running a large turbo and set up like the Kings 3.5, you need a very large wastegate if you want to run low boost.

46mm wg should be plenty. problem when running a big free flowing manifold and big turbo (T4) like the kings at low boost is you will boost creep. if you turned it up to 17+ psi you'd be fine and wouldn't creep. thats why you need to match your turbo to your goal.

What turbo do you have? 6266 or bigger?

if you had a T3 flange and a 6266 or smaller turbo you'd be ok running 13-14psi for now. A bb 5857 and my pfab elt manifold at 11psi holds boost great. no creep, i have a tial mvr 44mm. i'm turning it up to 14psi when i retune and i expect it to spool faster and hold steady boost just fine
