do you have the aem connector diagram of where the pin is supposed to be? i wanna check that, even though im pretty sure i have it on the right pin . imma check everything over , i really wanna find a way to relocate to the intake manifold side

Out of curiosity, what is your wastegate spring and what are you limiting boost to?

it def shouldnt get anywhere around 120F lol. Honestly, ive never had an issue with my solenoid being too hot to touch, and the length of your vac lines isnt actually a worry, unless theyre like 10m long each, pressure isnt like flowing water so length has next to no effect on it, just use thin line. But it does reduce the amount of tube that can break/cut/jam in places
I would think faulty solenoid or wiring. Check the wiring first, and resistance in the solenoid if you have any specs to go by

**UPDATE** i relocated my solenoid to a cooler location and rewired it , tested it out n it was still extremely hot ,it seems like the solenoid is getting that hot on its own and not getting hot by the area its in, it must be a faulty solenoid

didnt wanna make a new thread for this question so il ask on here , anyone running the AEM solenoid ? are they any good ? reliable? thinking about going with the AEM solenoid, what you guys think
