the dump dube is the exhaust pipe for the wastegate, in most cases it will point straight down and be dumped to atmosphere or be recirculated into the exhaust (but dont do that)

Tubular top mount mani a 44mm tial wastegate and a t3/60-1 which turbo housing should i go with 48, 63, or 82 A/R like I said before I am looking to put down 300-320whp at 7 psi or less I am shooting for reliable numbers here if possible I appreciate all the info

with a top mount like a pfab (what other top mount is out there?) your compressor housing will come close to the valve cover - so you have to watch the size.
